Professional Expert Advice

We can provide expert advice to clients to:-

• identify cost savings through the use of renewable energy and remote power solutions;
• advise on the most appropriate renewable energy or distributed generation solution for clients;
• assist in the development of operating and capital budgets;
• check quotes and estimates received or developed with the aim to reduce cost and maximise return on investment;
• write operating and maintenance procedures for clients;
• install and commission equipment procured by clients;
• develop maintenance plans for renewable energy;
• assist clients in discussions with relevant authorities for the purposes of grid connect or other issues;
• assist clients in the preparation of grant applications to subsidise the installation of renewable energy solutions;
• conduct post project audits to verify returns on investment and the effectiveness of implemented projects;

Engineering and Design

We design and engineer the correct solutions to meet your specific needs. This includes full system design, liaison with the appropriate authorities regarding grid connect or island generation issues, safety and risk analysis of the complete installation.

Project Management

Project management is one of our core competencies and our engineers have considerable experience in project management within the energy sector as well as formal qualifications in project management and use of project management techniques such as Kepner Tregoe.  All of our projects are subject to tightly controlled processess which include scope definition, development of work breakdown structures, transparent and well documented procurement practices and customised project close out procedures.

Installation and Commissioning

We can provide engineers and technicians to install and commission clients equipment and ensure that the equipment is operating at maximum efficiency, safely and reliably.

Procurement and Supply Chain

We have substantial experience in managing large procurement budgets across the logistics and total supply chain associated with procurement activities. This experience has been developed across many countries, particularly in Asia, across a wide variety of product categories. Specific category involvement has included sophisticated electronics, fuel cells, renewable energy systems and rotating equipment, such as pumps and large manufacturing devices.
